So, my first impulse was to open this post by apologizing for not posting in so long. BUT, then I remembered that only like 2 people read this blog anyway!
Maybe that should be my regret for 2008 - not being consistent in communicating and staying in touch with people. So, to you two, please accept my sincerest apology and deepest regrets!
As 2008 comes to an end, I've been thinking about and evaluating the last 364ish days of my life. There have been some successes and some regrets. I've decided, though, that at the end of 2009 one regret I won't have is dragging 2008 with me. 2008 was fine, but I don't want it following me around for the next 365 days.
I came across a video about regrets on a blog that I read periodically. I wasn't quite sure about sharing it because it seems to focus on regrets only, but there is a message of hope at the end. It left me feeling like those things are over and done, and now new things are to come because we serve a God who is always doing a new thing.
So watch it and enjoy, or reflect, or whatever you do. My prayer for all of us is "new things for a new year"!

Well, of course you know that I am half of your audience base, so hopefully my plea for you to post more will not go unheard.
I love reading about what goes on in your mind and hearing about how your heart has changed!
I just need more. Feed me Seymour, lol.
